All products sold on SunSafe.com are backed by our "No Hassle Product Guarantee":

If you are not 100% satisfied, return your order in an unused condition within 14 days of delivery, and we will gladly exchange it or refund your full purchase price, excluding shipping.

Exchanges & Returns :

Please include a note detailing what you want - a hand written note will do! There is no additional charge for an exchange except that the customer must bear the cost of returning the product to us.

One exception: if we messed up the order, then we'll bear the cost of returning the product to us.

Back Orders:

For any out-of-stock items, we will inform you and make alternative arrangements. Back Orders usually pay a $4.00 flat shipping charge regardless of purchase value. Overnight or other express shipping is available for an extra fee.

Material or Manufacturing Defects on SunSafe Suits:

We'll gladly provide a replacement or a refund for any SunSafe SwimSuit should this occur.

Shipping:

Orders are usually shipped via US Priority Mail when all items are available. In-stock orders are usually shipped from Miami within 24 hours. For any out-of-stock items, we will inform you and make alternative arrangements.

Weekend Orders:

Orders placed on Friday after 10:00 AM EST, on Saturday, or on Sunday will be processed and shipped from Miami the following Monday.
